Our menu is focused around fresh, local and seasonal produce, changing the menu every season.

We’re fortunate to have a dazzling variety of produce available to us on the Fraser Coast, including tropical fruits, vegetables, meat and of course our beautiful seafood.

These local ingredients are the key to our dining experience, carefully combined to create simple, innovative dishes with fresh, beautiful flavours.

EAT at Dan & Steph’s is a family-owned business created by Dan & Steph Mulheron.

After winning season 4 of My Kitchen Rules in 2013, they followed their dreams & aspirations to create a warm urban style eatery where people will leave happy & satisfied with friends & family.
Create memories is what food is all about.

They also started their own family with Emmy their daughter being born in 2015.

Dan & Steph work on & in the business together with a great team of staff around them.

What started as a labour of love to offer locals and tourists everything, remains a creative outlet where Dan & Steph can constantly experiment by adding new twists to their favourite dishes. They are forever experimenting & being inspired by learning more about the food industry.

We are open for breakfast and lunch daily (closed Tuesdays) with beautiful views across to pristine Hervey Bay waters.
