Pinacolada Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup Frozen Pineapple
- Juice of half lime
- 1 handful ice
- 50-100 ml coconut milk or cream
- 1 scoop 1 scoop vanilla Lady Shake or Manshake
- 1 tsp 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
- Toasted coconut
- Toasted cashew pieces
- Fresh pineapple chopped fine
- Fresh mint
Instructions
- Add all smoothie ingredients to a processor/blender & blend well – add more coconut milk if need but not too much as you want the consistency to be like soft serve – or if you just want a smoothie add more milk to your liking
- Scoop out into a bowl & add toppings to your liking
- Enjoy immediately
