- 1 pkt Dan & Steph Three Aussie Farmer Sausages, skins taken off (we use maybe 1 or 2 of them)
- 1/4 cup Tomato napoli sauce
- 1-2 balls Fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tbs Noosa Black Garlic paste
- 1/2 Red onion, finely sliced
- Place your Weber pizza stone inside the Traveller BBQ & then preheat the Weber Traveller BBQ to 250 degrees
- Stretch out pizza dough & add onto oiled Weber pizza tray
- Top with napoli sauce
- Pinches of sausage meat
- Red onion slices
- Pinches of fresh mozzarella
- Place in hot Weber Traveller for 8 minutes, then slide it off the tray straight onto the Weber pizza stone & bake until crispy & golden
- Serve with some dollops of Noosa Black Garlic paste & some fresh watercress.
