  • 1 pkt Dan & Steph Three Aussie Farmer Sausages, skins taken off (we use maybe 1 or 2 of them)
  • 1/4 cup Tomato napoli sauce
  • 1-2 balls Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tbs Noosa Black Garlic paste
  • 1/2 Red onion, finely sliced


  • Place your Weber pizza stone inside the Traveller BBQ & then preheat the Weber Traveller BBQ to 250 degrees
  • Stretch out pizza dough & add onto oiled Weber pizza tray
  • Top with napoli sauce
  • Pinches of sausage meat
  • Red onion slices
  • Pinches of fresh mozzarella
  • Place in hot Weber Traveller for 8 minutes, then slide it off the tray straight onto the Weber pizza stone & bake until crispy & golden
  • Serve with some dollops of Noosa Black Garlic paste & some fresh watercress.
