Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkt Dan & Steph Three Aussie Farmer Sausages any flavour
  • 1 pkt frozen puff pastry
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 onion
  • 1/4 head of broccoli
  • 1 free range egg
  • 1 cup grated cheese

FOR TOPPING

  • 1 free range egg beaten
  • 2 rashers bacon finely diced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan

Notes

  1. Sausage rolls – Preheat oven to 200 degrees C & line 2 baking trays with baking paper
    2. Take the skins off the sausages & place into a large bowl
    3. In a food processor using the grating blade, push through the carrot, onion, apple & broccoli
    4. Pour these veggies on top of the pork mince & mix well together with your hands
    5. Add egg & cheese mix again well
    6.  Your puff pastry will normally come in a big square, cut into 4 smaller squares
    7. Take the filling and spoon it all the way down the middle of your pastry, then roll them up
    8. Brush your sausage rolls with the beaten egg then sprinkle over the parmesan cheese & bacon pieces
    9. Place sausage rolls into your preheated oven and bake for 25 -30 minutes until golden all over
