Ingredients
  

  • 300 g Sweet Potato mash
  • 4 free range eggs
  • 140 g cashew butter or peanut butter
  • 60 g coconut oil
  • 135 g almond meal
  • 100 g slivered almonds
  • 25 g pumpkin seeds
  • 25 g sunflower seeds
  • 15 g flaxseed
  • 20 g sesame seeds
  • 1 tbs ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Notes

1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees C & grease and line a loaf pan
2. Whisk together the sweet potato, eggs, cashew butter & coconut oil until we’ll combined
3.  Combine all the dry ingredients together 
4. Mix wet to the dry & pour into loaf pan
5. Bake in oven for 50-55min until cooked in the centre
